TNT lack of comunication

I have a shipment coming from China. I have been trying to get hold of TNT with no luck. I get cut off when contacting the call center, I have been in contact with Kagiso Mabiletsa asking to give me a call with no response. I have asked her on email to let me know where the parcel is...with no response. The TNT website show that the parcel is still in China. According to my supplier the parcel already left china on 3 June. Nobody at TNT can tell me where my parcel is and Kagiso is either ignoring my emails or not giving me the information I need. I have been trying to get this information since last week with absolutely no luck.
