TNT is pathetic
One star is too much but it's the minimum. TNT informs me my R6900 parcel has arrived from the US. I pay TNT R980. Their truck has an accident. Parcel goes missing. I fill in a claim form. Still waiting after 5 months. Can't reach them telephonically. Emails don't get rep**** to except to say they looking into it. Do not go near this pathetic company!!!
