TNT international shipment disaster
Worst company for international shipments. I usually use DHL. I chose TNT thinking it would be faster as it was slightly more expensive and I was wrong. This company can't even clear my stuff from customs or even get back to me with an email. How can I wait the whole day. DHL does it in 2 minutes. TNT will most likely take 2 weeks. Really pathetic will never use them again. No email with clearance payment sent.
