TNT Express worst delivery service ever!

We are as we speak standing at Carnival City for the gymkhana event with World Rally Cross Drivers. Racers from England ordered urgently needed parts from England for this race. The goods ordered through DHL has arrived, been cleared and will be delivered tomorrow. TNT however seems to not understand that the racer is not trying to import something, it's a pure delivery and are sending all the incorrect information and forms to be completed. We have been transferred and given different numbers with no success and the person who sent the mail doesn't take any calls. NO one is able to assist in this urgent matter. They are they worst courier service we've ever tried to deal through and definitely not the world leader as they claim We are still awaiting someone to answer our call with the racing taking place as we speak.
