TNT Express *****s your parcel and take a back seat when trying to get a refund.

DO NOT USE TNT Express!!!!!!!!! NO SERVICE WITH RUDE AND ******** SATFF!!

TNT Express staff stole one of my shipments. This happened between their warehouse and delivery courier. After giving me the run around for 2 weeks they finally admitted that the parcel was ******. Then they conveniently marked it as "lost" Since I have been battling to get a refund for the stock as well as the customs and duties that was already paid before the parcel was ******.

Nobody within TNT is willing to to take any accountability and they simply laugh you off when you get upset. It has now been 2 months and still no refund. I have lost R20k and they simply do not care. Be wise and read the reviews before sending anything with them.

Nobody has contacted me. FYI I have been waiting since 5 of June. Great Job TNT for being useless.

I have paid the taxes and duties, it was then taken to the TNT warehouse where it was handed over to the driver and ******. No report on what happened, 2 months today and I am still waiting for my taxes and duties to be refunded... The sender was refunded less than 10% of the content value. I hope anybody who reads this take note and rather use a different courier, TNT take no responsibility.
