TNT express nothing express about there service

<p>I ordered clothing from Bali which arrived in South Africa 5 days later as promised by TNT. But however when it hit South Africa on the 27th of September. It has been a back and forth between me and TNT. I have long ago paid all my custome duties vat and a lot of money to TNT for there service" </p> <p>so I would like to know why a month later my box still has not been delivered and why it is still held at customs. This is unacceptable. Can management please sort this out asap. Darren Naidoo does send me email every few days but I want the reason why it is still at customs no more stories and excuses. I want what is mine. Order no GD ********** 61 WW.</p> <p>I will be on Hellopeter until I get the service and answers I have paid for and waited a month for. Pathetic...............</p>
