Tnt express delivers my parcel to the wrong person
My AWB- GE***WW, I ordered goods from Hong Kong, it arrives safely in SA. I paid customs duties and VAT, and they deliver my parcel to the wrong person????some Thembani. I want my parcel recovered and sent to me ASAP or I will file a theft charge with the TNT!! This is unacceptable. Small businesses like myself can go under with the lost of just one shipment!
