TNT Express are useless

TNT is the most useless courier company we have ever dealt with, i will never be using them again.

We have two shipments coming from china the one is in Johannesburg, TNT called me to confirm all my companies details which i did, since then ive been waiting for the clearance invoice it has been a week, ive tried calling the call center, they either don't answer, or i get hold of someone and get a different story each and every time ,I think i know more about my shipment then the call centre agents do and that's not a lot. I was told that they needed more info but no one called me back to ask for more info, My second parcel was split in half so one half is still sitting in china and they other half is here but aswell no one can tell me what is happening.

i have now had to get another shipping company to go and collect it from TNT cause TNT are to lazy to help their customers.
