TNT Express a worse courier company

I dont think i will use TNT they are the worst... my Shipment got into the country on the 6 May and until today I havent recieved it. I paid all the import and customs duties. They told me my Shipment was detained by CBCU. I got a fine of R500 for not having importers code. I paid the fine and now they are telling me they me that my shipment is at Gorvenment state warehouse and they wont release it until all the monies are paid. I tries calling them several times with no success their phones are off the hook. I tried the general number and they tried transferring me with they couldnt.... I will not use TNT in the future is really nonsense and they cant do business even thier tracking system is misleading. the status keep on going back and forth.... they were delivering back to in transit... what nonsense is that.
