TNT don't deliver or give customer service

After going into an agreement with TNT EXPRESS WORLDWIDE ( to courier shipment number ********** 75)equipment for my company to Tanzania, the following: TNT collect equipment from my premmisses in Alberton on 27 November 2017. To be delivered at client in Dar es Salaam 1 December 2017. When we completed the job in Tanzania, goods to be collected again on 8th December 2017 and returned to Alberton South Africa. Our equipment never reach the destination.We lost a huge job and income due to TNT , the *********** staff at TNT, passing the bug from one to other. Not less than 6 staff members fooled around giving empty answers to where the equipment is. Tracking, which is useless as well shows ever since "Good in transit - to be delivered 24 December before 18:00. I have sent one email after the other to everyone invoved and gets the same answer: "Please note our team in Tanzania advised they are waiting feedback from the receiver as this is a temp export , Nancy sent a reminder to the receiver and will advise shortly. Kind regards Sindiswa Nzimande Customer Service Support Represantative " But no one comes back to you unless you contact TNT. To everyone out there and all companies, stay away. They have stuffed up a simple job costing my company a lot of money and making us look stupid at the customer. My staff went over to Dar es Salaam doing nothing for a week and had to return without doing the job. Flight tickets, accommodation, food. All this and a huge income down the drain. Thanks to useless *********** TNT staff and no one higher up to contact regarding complain. Thank you
