TNT does not care about delivery times

It took 3 days for a shipment from Chine to arrive in Johannesburg. It's been more than 5 days and the only update I have been receiving on TNT's website for the past 5 days is \ Shipment Awaiting Physical Release From Customs Controlled Area". I have celled TNT numerous times to ask Customs to indicate what the problem is but thee is no willingness to ask customs why they keeping the parcel for too long. I the latest conversation I had with a certain Aron from there who did not give a damn about the time we will receive our parcel"
