TNT DISGUSTING SERVICE
I ordered items from overseas which I was informed would take 5 - 7 days. Its now more than 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting. I was contacted by TNT more than 1 week ago to pay customs duties which I paid immediately. I've tried to contact TNT to find out when my parcel will be delivered, emails do not get rep**** to and telephone does not get answered. This parcel is urgent (beyond urgent now) and I have no idea where my parcel is and if it will ever get delivered. TNT, your service is the worst I've every encountered!!!!

18 Mar 2021, 07:17I finally managed to get hold of TNT WHO told me that they were waiting for my customs payment and didn't know how to get hold of me and that my email address was incorrect. Strange how I received the invoice and request for tracking number on that email address. And they said they hadn't received payment from me.... Then finally found that I had paid 4 days prior and emailed the proof of payment. I'm still waiting for "someone from management will contact you shortly". Really??? Shocking!!
