TNT disappointing service
Worst customer service ever cant get amendments done on documents i am battling since last year December. It looks like all customer service agents are on holiday takes days to respond and once you get through to the call center you HAVE to email your issue and then do not get any feed back. There service is really pathetic and utterly disgusting

Please note the issue is not that the documents were not sent to me, as stated in my post it is the AMENDMENTS that i have an issue with that is not corrected and the documents you sent to me is useless as it is not the amended documents. i have requested VOCs on the SAD500 for the address change since December 2020 with no response up until now, the only response i get is threats to close my account
