TNT Avoiding their own resposibilities

I don't normally resort to social media with a complaint but after over a hundred emails without a resolution, and now emails being ignored I have to resort to something

A shipment was sent to me from the UK, arrived in SA on the 22nd November, Waybill no ***.

A TNT Employee, without any reference to the exporter or the myself (importer) entered ‘Unknown’ on the country of origin (COO).

TNT submitted the import form without making changes to incorrect details on the form despite me having advised them of these and requested they were changed.

Customs quite correctly rejected the COO as unknown and requested the correct COO, this was supp**** by myself within a few hours.

Customs correct the form and issued a penalty to TNT for

” Incorrect COO declared on all the lines as per provided list. VOC required amending COO and inserting PEN amounts as per CUSRES.”

TNT now are insisting someone else must accept the penalty and will not deliver the shipment until this happens

Who can help me to get TNT to accept their employees mistake and accept the penalty issued to them from Customs

I look forward to your investigation, I have already been dealing with the following TNT/Fedex staff without any resolution, they simply will not acknowledge that
1. They submitted an SAD500 without my approval or confirmation
2. They will not accept liability for the customs penalties issued to them due to the error of their employee in submitting an SAD500 with a COO of 'Unknown', as a clearing agent they should be aware that this is not acceptable to SA customs and does not comply with the requirements of importing into SA.
They are now not responding to any of the 5 emails I have sent in the last two weeks.
