TNT ARE UNRELIABLE

so i have 2 shipments coming from china and the very first one has been sitting in Dubai since the 29th, i got no invoice if thats why its sitting, no idea whether its flight problems. I called on the 1st nd i was told it will be arriving in JHB the next evening and still nothing and today is the 3rd. Then the second one is stuck in QUANZHOU since the awaiting clearance information which i have now given to 3 of their agent who called me and asked for it. 1st.

I don't get any updates when i call, no nothing about the one stuck in Dubai not even and expected delivery date. NEVER USE TNT TO SHIP FROM CHINA esp if it is items you and your family paid for together for a special event which in my case, the event is on Monday and now my family is biting my head off
