TNT - absolutely useless
TNT are totally, 100% useless. I got a call from Gwen Mabuza to say a parcel will be delivered on a given date - 5 weeks ago! I am still waiting - my emails after the 1st one are not being answered, in the first one she sent me a screenshot that there were multiple attempts at delivery. Nonsense! I was here, its lockdown! Nobody from TNT was here, other couriers were! Their driver is lying. Their telephone numbers are not working/ always busy. You would swear they are going out of their way to make their customers' lives miserable. Absolutely no concept of customer service!
