TNT a world class Courier service??? Think again, an I'm not the only squeaky wheel!!!!

The worst possible service delivery I have, or am still waiting, to receive!!! My package from Ireland left Ireland in a matter of 3 hours... I get notifications on the TNT app that my package has been "received by TNT and your package is in transit" This was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd or December... I contact the useless service department, along with a manager, 3 sales reps later, and I HAVE TO DO THE DIRTY WORK TO FIND OUT THAT MY PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED BY CUSTOMS YET!!!! We pay you and your useless staff to do what I had to do on my own! In no way is TNT SA a world class service, you are pathetic! Every platform I visit and search TNT, there is not one good review, and the pathetic trash management accepts this... What a waste! I will be contacting the international branches and ensure TNT SA is disband! TSEK!
