They have ****ing poor service and they ****ing ******* which overcharges the customer for doing absolutely nothing but collecting the parcel. I recent bought apparel from the states and the duties on it is r3682 but when I purchase in the past apparel to the value of r800 they charge me duties exactly r3500. This is pathetic what am I paying for the companies rent.
