They cannot reconcile accounts and payments

<p>Where so i start. I used TNT express to import a car part. I paid the first bill in full. Then i ordered another car part. For which i made an arrangement ro pay the account off. I have sent proof of payment ro their accounts dept regularly when making payment. The account has been paid in full to TNT about 5 months ago. Now i get calls from a debt collections company for the money when the account is paid up. Please people dont use this company. You will end up running around sending proof upon proof of payment but they wont recon their accounts. What ******* people have they employed there. You have lost a client.</p>
