Thee worst courier company

If i could give zero starts , would have. This is beyond appalling. A parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 24th and from the 21st they still don't say what's wrong, instead i was passed from one person to another. Given a number to call the branch who will fulfil the delivery (Durban) but no luck, calls are not answered. Then the customer service staff say i need to be patient because there is a delay but not telling me what delay.

If you are a business- stay away drom Fedex or TNT as apparently they one business and save yourself stress and ship with DHL or UPS. They have people working in customer service without knowing what they should be doing.
