The worst shipment company

The worst shipping company ever, their customer service its a mess, I wonder how are they still im business. My parcel came in July from Dubai , but I haven’t received it till today its been 4 months. They told me its waiting for clearance, when you call again they tell you its been shipped back to the sender, and then you get an email saying clearance issue has been resolved. But when you call again they will tell you they have a wrong email address and a wrong phone number whereas you did get an email from them, its seems like their system will automatically change the information. These people have been sending me from pillar to post for 4 months and I still have not received my parcel.
