The worst courier company to ever deal with

I ordered things from oversee and my package was scheduled for deliver on the 1st March 2016. Yet 20 days later I'm still awaiting on my package and why it's held up and no one can give me an answer.<br> You call them you'll get no feedback or any answers to why your package is help up by customs..<br> Other courier companies like FedEx and DHL should your package be held up at customers they call you immediately and tell you what they need to clear your package and even still make your delivery in time..<br> <br> This is the WORST WORST company to deal with, if you need POOR CUSTOMER service and no delivery go for TNT express... <br> Highly annoyed
