The worst
My parcel was send April 13, arrived in Jhb April 20, by fedex. since the April 20, till today I'm still waiting for my parcel... I'm pregnant and my parcel contain the OIL LOTION for stretch mark, I think I'm gonna give Birth without receive my parcel ... it's my worst experience ever ( First time and for sure the last time to use fedex )

30 May 2020, 18:12 Dear Adhe Thank you for your patience and for allowing FedEx the opportunity to investigate and revert with an update. The shipment was stopped for a Port of Health clearance. Additional information in the form of literature on the product and usage has been requested. We confirm the documentation, which was submitted to Customs, was not accepted. Upon receipt of the above documentation, the Port of Health will confirm if a physical examination of the shipment is required or if a release can be issued.
