The worse

I am so shocked on the bad service that Fedex South Africa has to offer.

Few of their employee that answer the phone that s polite the rest of them are rude they dont care about this company.

I am struggling for weeks now with a package no one communicate i even logged a complain on hello peter and they say they appointed an agent to contact me but no one did just a protocol to answer complains but at the back there is no work that has being done.

Not even the call center is helpful a bunch of rude people that would put the phone off in your face I am asking an urgent contact on ***
