The worse courier company in the country
Why isn't there an option to give zero stars because that is what Fedex deserves. The worse courier company in the country. They have been harboring my package for over a week, status is delivery with exception. No invoice email from them, no phone call

Just send the invoice I need my package, you guys are inconveniencing your customers. A technical issue for an International company that takes days to resolve...oh please man. How do you plan on compensating your costumers for the inconvenience you are causing?
