THE SLOWEST EXPRESS SHIPPER! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
I have 2 urgent shipments that have been stuck at customs for 2 weeks now, without any movement or correspondence from Fedex!
These packages were supposed to be DELIVERED 10 days ago! The reason why I paid for EXPRESS shipping is BECAUSE I wanted fast shipping, yet the shipment via DHL was ordered more than a week after the FEDEX shipments and I received this package not even 7 days later!
No one is getting back to me, and I have emailed, contacted support team, contacted them via chat and STILL nothing!
I will be telling my supplier to NOT use FEDEX ad their service is absolutely pathetic and shocking!!!
