The most useless shipping company in the world

Unfortunately I had to use Fedex, if any other shipping option was available, I'd use it. Even if it was an old man swimming with the parcel in his mouth, that would have been quicker. Ordered an item from Japan last week Wednesday .Was quick to start and almost immediately got a Fedex notification that the parcel would be delivered by the 7th (my birthday is the 11th so it worked out well). But that was the last good news. Saturday the parcel landed in China, and then nothing. No matter how many times I contacted Fedex I was assured everything is fine and it's all on schedule . The parcel finally moved out of china today, Tuesday the 5th. And now it's stuck in the Philippines , when you contact them, they just reply that they will monitor it. Today I got an ssd that due to a delay , my parcel will not be delivered today (I did not even know it was supposed to be today, still shows Thursday on their system). Don't use them, anyone else is by far better
