The FedEx driver is rude and honks her horn at our complex's front gate

<p>We placed an order on Clicks online a few days ago. This morning, the package was delivered by a rude and obnoxious FedEx driver who I have complained about in the past. She does not call us on our cellphone to announce that she is at the complex front gate. Instead she honks her horn expecting us to be waiting for her. In December when she delivered my passport, she did the same thing. My husband asked her why she doesn't just call him on his cell to say she is at the gate and she told him to buy her airtime. She also told my husband that he is lazy and sleeps too much. This is a complete stranger and she behaves in this shocking manner. FedEx, please get her a phone or send her for etiquette training.</p>
