The don’t want to deliver my phone
I bought a phone for my client in china on July 2020 i used fedex to courier it they never delivered the phone they telling me that they won’t deliver unless i pay fine which is I don’t know how should i pay fine because they are the ones who are doing invoice now it’s 2 months they are ignoring me
