I would like to commend Valdemiro Macome for his exceptional customer service. I had experienced problems with 2 shipments recently and Valdemiro assisted from the time I called in until the package was received in good order, by keeping me updated, liaising within FedEx to prevent further delays and checking up if all was in order with my shipment. Such excellent customer service is rare in South Africa, so I am extremely grateful to have dealt with an employee who takes such pride in his work & ensures the highest level of customer service.
