I had a bad experience with Fedex, but was contacted by a lady named Melanie Goolam. I would like to say, she sorted my package out, and within 1 day of our emails, my package was delivered.

Thank you Melanie for the professional attitude you showed and for such prompt service. Fedex is lucky to have you working for them.
