Thank you Hello Peter ( FEDEX Disaster)
I received a call for the delivery from FEDEX after a month trying to get my parcel delivered, I posted my complain on Hello Peter within a period of 2 days was case was finalized. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hello Peter for making it possible for my case to be resolved.. I had terrible experience with FEDEX express service< i was sleeping into depression but thanks to Hello Peter for the intervention. I have not received the parcel yet but it has been released from Customs and it was delivered today but unfortunately they had the wrong address, but definitely tomorrow I will have received it.
Hello Peter, i don't know how to thank you please continue helping others as you did for me.
