I had a parcel stopped from China due to some misinformation and was held by customs. It was the first time I had a parcel stopped and customs can be a headache but I was helped by a very kind and informed lady by the name of Mokgadi she made the process easy for me to understand and our turnaround was a week although there were penalties I am better informed and have experience.
