5 stars for resolving the complaint as posted before! The Senior Management in Fedex Express are really hands on and have provided world class customer service. The STOPS team can definitely learn some customer care s****s from upper management. And YES I do recommend using Fedex Express after such a speedy resolution from management. Thanks Craig and Andre
