Thank You FEDEX!

The driver delivered and there was nobody home. I called the call centre and spoke to a very helpful consultant. I asked if I can collect the item as I dont want the driver to drive back n forth. She said she will phone and ask the driver to re-deliver a bit later after I'm home. She done so while I was holding. The delivery was done same day. Seems basic, but its hard to find companies doing the basics right. Thank You FEDEX.
