Terrible Service Winner!
Giving a 1 star to this company is an over****, they don't even deserve any positive rating.
Their tracking system that my parcel is on it's way, already in their truck for delivery since morning (estimated time for delivery set at 18:00) but no show and no communication from FedEx, second time around a delivery date and time has been set.
I phoned their help desk and I was told that they will call me back after some few minutes, they never bothered to call me. I sent emails, no one responded. I would NOT recommend anyone to use FedEx, they are terrible.
