Terrible service & non-delivery!

Terrible service & non-delivery! I have a parcel from Ireland that arrived in South Africa and is stuck at customs despite them not requiring any further information. They are not releasing the parcel despite speaking to numerous agents over the last month who say they will be releasing, IT IS STILL SITTING THERE! I have spoken to agents; done several live chats and emailed a manager several times who still has not come back to me. I am beyond frustrated. The shipper is trying from their side as well to no avail. There is no follow through or follow up or keeping me posted what is happening. I have to contact every time and it is so frustrating as nothing seems to help. Never come across so slack service and care-less attitude. Wonder if I will ever get my parcel!
