Terrible service. ***********, unprofessional. I'm taking my future business elsewhere.
Worst service ever. 1stly they submitted documents to customs in the incorrect currency. Then refused to release and deliver my shipment (its been 3 weeks and counting) as they waiting for customs to refund their own over payment, thus costing my business money, and bad rep from clients. They refuse to respond to any of my queries for over a week now, and I have no clue as to when I am going to receive my shipment. ***********, unprofessional. I'm taking my future business elsewhere.
