Terrible service from TNT

Our shipment arrived in JHB on the 13th June - we have still not received goods. We have phoned everyday and everyday they have the same story - we will call you back. I would not recommend using TNT at all. We required goods urgently hence we paid for door to door. At this rate, shipping would have been better. They have also never delivered, we always need to collect as there service sucks so much
