Terrible Service Fedex South Africa

Awful service, FedEx South Africa have had my package for 3 weeks the customer service representative who is assigned to this parcel Shannon Durman does not return calls nor respond to emails. Internally colleagues email her for updates no responses. I am now leaving the country without my package which arrived more than 20days ago because of this unacceptable service

The system is not updated with notes every time you call you speak to different agents who don’t know what is going on except that it is with Shannon , which is a dead end as described above
