Terrible service!
My package was meant to be fetched 3 weeks ago. This was being arranged through kalahari, as fedex is the courier service that they use. <br> An arrangement has been made about 6 times in the last 3 weeks for fedex to come and collect this package, and they have failed to make this happen. They don't contact the customer and confirm time or address, and they simply don't bother to respond. <br> Is my package ever going to be collected and delivered?? ?
