Terrible Fedex
Terrible dealing with this company. The call centre is ultra slow and nobody responds to emails. So frustrating because you cannot even talk to a manager or escalate it. I had to phone 3 times to get a credit card link to pay. Nobody has rep**** to my email today regarding delivery, they just ignore you. Never mind the fact that I have had to pay over R600 on a shipment valued at R570! will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Disgraceful service
