Terrible courier company. No customer service.
You guys have my parcel now for 11 days. Does not matter how many times I contact you, nothing happens.

I just want you to know that since my rating and letters to and from, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. No one is taking this seriously and in the meantime my customer wants to cancel the sale.
