Terrible Courier

After my parcel arrived from overseas with a tracking number we contacted them. It is almost impossible to get to the right person. Dropped calls, people hanging up the phone before answering. After 4 days finally getting an invoice out of them. Paying them with immediate transfer with notification. After 4 days needs to re send the notification. Once that was resolved trying to get delivery date and time is useless. Dispatch just does not answer. Switch board puts you through but dispatch does not answer. Tried 3 times, 3rd time I hang up after 30 minutes of phone ringing. Wrote a message on their website, got an automated reply stating we will contact you shortly. Still waiting. I will never use them again. I have used other couriers before never this bad.
