Terrible communication

<p>I had something shipped to me from China to South Africa, although the shipping went quickly, the customs clearance is taking forever, they asked me for documents on last Tuesday and I emailed it to them. I asked the lady who is dealing with my shipment to reply but she never did. </p> <p>Finally on Friday I got ahold of her again, and she said that she will email me by the end of the day, that never happened.</p> <p>As I said, terrible communication! </p>
