terrible

unhappy, i did a quote to send new computer hardware to different African countries. which was about R19000 which i was happy with. now there is invoices coming to me for each country R12000, R15000, R19000 and R28000. which doesnt add up as i paid less shipping all the same hardware from the USA which is a day trip and different state. but shipping to africa is more expensive how does that work. i cant believe how fedex is doing bussiness like this as this is killing small companies ....and when we quoted fedex said this is all that will be paid... and promised if not delivered in 2 weeks all money will be paid back.... well all the deliveries was late from 1 month to almost 3 months... fedex owes our company the money
