TERRIBLE
<p>Last week I booked a collection from Pretoria Canadian Visa Office to Tanzania with Fedex, they somehow managed to mess that up and my parcel is now in Cape Town. And everytime I call to get feedback I get told they will call me back which they never do.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now been five days and I still have no idea where my parcel is!</p> <p> </p> <p> I am never using Fedex again!!!</p>
