Terrible!!!!!!
Never in my life have i received this level of bad service!!!!! My parcel is in transit for 16 days now, and when i get through to customer service and they dont hang up on me they keep telling me they'll call me back and nobody does??? how on earth do i get hold of someone who can help me receive my parcel that i trusted you with??? The call centre is useless!!!!

30 Dec 2020, 09:41So i just called again, after 17 days waiting on my answer Aden at FedEx was the only person to let me know that my package is MISSING????? how is this possible?? I want answers please, what's going to happen now? This was my husbands birthday present that's lost now and he's been waiting for his gift since December 14th.... i am really unhappy
