TAX INVOICES
Problem to get Tax Invoices out of Fedex. Lunga Khoza from Fedex rep**** immediately after my first review on HP and we received 2 of the 5 TAX invoices, thank you! The rest they keep on sending Copy Tax Invoices, at least they have now our VAT nr correct! UPS are suppling the correct invoices within a day, perhaps they can give Fedex some training how to do it!

20 Oct 2022, 07:22I file two complaints because of difficulty to get TAX invoices out of Fedex. Two of the five were finally received, but Fedex went now silent, not sure if they still exsist.
