Swift reply to my complaint.
Earlier today I posted a complaint regarding customer service at FedEx. I am happy to say that FedEx responded almost immediately and I was kept up to date by Bradley Johnson and my issue was resolved on the same day. Thank you for quickly resolving my issue.
